Ferrari's Fernando Alonso has escaped with a €15,000 (£12,949) fine for breaching the DRS rules during Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.
Stewards investigated claims that the Spaniard had used the system on three occasions when he was not supposed to, and it was feared that his fifth-placed finish was under threat.
However, it has now been confirmed that he will hold onto the 10 points he earned at the Hungaroring, as he battles Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen in the Drivers' Championship.
Lewis Hamilton went on to win the race for the fourth time, claiming his first win for Mercedes in the process.
