Bottom-placed side Yeni Malatyaspor will bid to end a 14-game winless league run when they welcome Antalyaspor to the New Malatya Stadium on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the visitors will be aiming to clinch consecutive victories as they look to move away from the danger zone.
Match preview
With 11 points separating them from safety, Yeni Malatyaspor require a great escape if they are to avoid relegation this season.
In his first game in charge as player-manager, Adem Buyuk saw his side come out on the wrong side of a 2-1 scoreline when they faced Sivasspor last weekend.
The bottom-placed side took a lead into the break courtesy of Kenan Ozer's opener, but goals from Olarenwaju Kayode and Faycal Fajr condemned Yeni Malatyaspor to their ninth away league defeat of the season.
Their form on home turf has not been any better with Saturday's hosts currently holding the worst home record in the league this season, having won just two games at the New Malatya Stadium this term.
A weak defence has contributed to their poor home form as no other side have conceded more at home this season than Yeni Malatyspor, who have shipped 27 goals.
Meanwhile, Antalyaspor find themselves in a more promising position than their opponents, but they cannot afford to rest on their laurels with two points separating them from the relegation zone.
Following a 2-0 win over Hatayspor in the Turkish Cup, Antalyaspor eased to a 3-0 victory last weekend when they played host to Fatih Karagumruk.
Fernando and Fyodor Kudryashov both netted before half time to give their side a comfortable lead before Admir Mehmedi completed the scoring in the second half.
Not only did they collect all three points, but the victory also ended an eight-game winless league run to instil some much-needed impetus into their fight for survival.
Their next task will be to improve on their travels as Antalyaspor have won only one league game this season, while just six of their 28 points have come from away fixtures.

Oussama Haddadi is expected to retain his place in the side after returning to the starting lineup in the 2-1 defeat against Sivasspor.
After joining in January, Nouha Dicko has started the last four games for Yeni Malatyaspor, although the striker is still searching for his first goal for his new club.

Luiz Adriano has started the last two league games since joining Antalyaspor at the beginning of February and the Brazilian will lead the line on Saturday.
Yeni Malatyaspor possible starting lineup:
Ozbir; Zeffane, Ciftpinar, Campi, Haddadi; Azubuike, Donsah, Ozer; Eskihellac, Chouiar, Dicko
Antalyaspor possible starting lineup:
Boffin; Balci, Naldo, Sari, Vural; Ozmert, Fernando, Fredy; Ndao, Sinik, Adriano
We say: Yeni Malatyaspor 1-1 Antalyaspor
Although Yeni Malatyaspor may be struggling for points, they face an Antalyaspor side who tend to falter on their travels, and with that in mind, we think that the hosts may be able to hold the visitors to a draw on Saturday.
