Derby County and Wolverhampton Wanderers played out a goalless draw at Pride Park this afternoon.
Wolves started strongly and Rams keeper Adam Legzdins had to be at his best to turn Jamie O'Hara's shot past the post in just the fourth minute.
Debutant Michael Hoganson was having a good game pushing forward as he found Craig Bryson in the box with a lofted ball, but the midfielder could only head the ball straight at Carl Ikeme.
The visitors were beginning to up the ante after the break and Legzdins did well to palm Bakary Sako's long-range shot wide of goal with Kevin Doyle lurking in the area.
The home side pressed forward dangerously late on through Michael Jacobs but his cross was well cleared in the penalty area by Kaspars Gorkss as both sides settled for a point.
