Wigan Athletic midfielder Ben Watson has told his teammates that they must remain positive if they are to climb up the Premier League table.
The Latics, who haven't won a league game since August, sit two places above the relegation zone in 16th place following their 2-1 defeat to Swansea City over the weekend.
"We know as a team that we've got to be better and we've got to keep going and look forward to the game against West Ham," Watson told the club's official website.
"We have to stick together now as a team with the players, staff and fans all believing in what we a capable of."
Wigan have the chance to pick up their first league win in two months on Saturday when they welcome West Ham United to the DW Stadium.
