West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph insists that the club's players remain "100% behind" Slaven Bilic despite their poor start to the season.

West Ham United goalkeeper Darren Randolph has insisted that the club's players remain "100% behind" under-fire manager Slaven Bilic.

The Hammers have struggled to build on an impressive seventh-place finish last season so far this term, winning just three of their opening 12 games and only sitting outside the relegation zone on goal difference.

Randolph was drafted into the side for their most recent match against Tottenham Hotspur in an attempt to arrest their poor form, and the Republic of Ireland international is eager to repay Bilic for showing faith in him.

"We are 100% behind him. There were no problems last year when we were winning games and we're not going to turn our backs on him now," he told reporters.

"We are all together and there is no issue here with the manager. I am delighted to get the opportunity and to be playing in the games that we have coming up.

"I knew I would have to be patient when I first arrived. It's been a long wait but now I'm just going to enjoy it. I knew when I came how it was going to be. I obviously backed myself for the challenge. I could have stayed in the Championship, but I wanted to challenge myself."

West Ham's next three league games come against Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool.
