West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble has admitted that he hopes that his good club form could earn him an international call-up.
The 25-year-old scored a brace during the Hammers' 4-1 win over Southampton at Upton Park and helped the club continue their good start to the season.
Noble, a former captain of the England Under-21 side, remains positive that his impressive showings for West Ham will earn him a place in Roy Hodgson's Three Lions squad.
"I'm enjoying playing at the minute," Noble told talkSPORT.
"There was obviously speculation in the press about me getting an England call up but I'll just keep working hard and hopefully it'll come sooner rather than later."
West Ham currently sit seventh in the Premier League table.
