West Bromwich Albion set Chris Wood asking price?

West Bromwich Albion will reportedly allow Chris Wood to leave the club if they receive an offer of around £1.5m.

Premier League side West Bromwich Albion have reportedly placed a valuation of £1.5m on their centre-forward Chris Wood.

The 21-year-old is believed to have impressed a number of clubs this season, thanks largely to his 10 goals from 17 outings while on loan with Championship side Millwall.

The Lions are said to be keen to recruit the New Zealand international on a permanent basis and are thought to have offered £1m.

However, Albion feel that the striker is worth at least £1.5m, if not a little more, according to the Express & Star.

Wood's contract with the Baggies is due to expire next summer.
