Report: West Bromwich Albion keen to sign Jonathas

West Bromwich Albion reportedly send scouts to watch Elche striker Jonathas ahead of a potential move to The Hawthorns.

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly been tracking Elche striker Jonathas with a view to making a move for the Brazilian during this transfer window.

The forward, who is on loan from Italian side Pescara, has scored seven goals and had five assists for the La Liga side so far this season.

According to reports in the Spanish media, Tony Pulis sent a scout to watch Jonathas in action in their match against Athletic Bilbao last week ahead of talks with the player's parent club.

West Brom has struggled in front of goal this season, averaging less than one goal per game so far.
