Daniel Sturridge has been drafted in to make his first start for West Bromwich Albion in Saturday's Premier League clash with Southampton.

Alan Pardew's inclusion of the on-loan Liverpool and England forward in the starting XI is one of four changes by the Baggies.

Jay Rodriguez drops out along with Grzegorz Krychowiak, Sam Field and James McClean, while Gareth Barry, Chris Brunt and Matt Phillips start.

For Southampton, new signing Guido Carrillo comes in for his full debut, replacing Shane Long in attack.

Mauricio Pellegrino has made three changes in total, as Mario Lemina and Sofiane Boufal replace Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Steven Davis in midfield.
