Daniel Sturridge has suffered yet another injury blow after being forced off the pitch three minutes into West Bromwich Albion's Premier League clash against Chelsea on Monday night.
The 28-year-old moved to The Hawthorns from Liverpool in January on a loan deal until the end of the season with the hope of reviving his career.
The forward, who has been plagued by injury woes over the last few years, fell down the pecking order at Anfield, with manager Jurgen Klopp preferring Roberto Firmino in attack.
Sturridge has made two appearances for the Baggies since his arrival, but he now looks set for a spell on the sidelines after being taken off with a suspected hamstring injury just three minutes into the clash in West London.
Overall, the striker has started six Premier League games this season.
