Watford re-sign Udinese's Matej Vydra on season-long loan

Watford re-sign Matej Vydra on an initial season-long loan from Udinese.

Watford have announced the return of striker Matej Vydra from Udinese on a season-long loan.

The 22-year-old spent the last campaign on loan at West Bromwich Albion, scoring three goals in 23 Premier League appearances.

Prior to his switch to The Hawthorns, the Czech Republic forward found the net 20 times for the Hornets in 41 league matches in the Championship.

Now, Watford have confirmed on their official website that Vydra will return to Vicarage Road on an initial temporary basis for the 2014-15 campaign.

Vydra has had three loan stints since joining Udinese in 2010.
