Watford defender Younes Kaboul has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Nantes.
Kaboul has spent the last two seasons with the Hornets, but the 32-year-old has made just 26 appearances in all competitions.
Head coach Javi Gracia said last week that Kaboul was fit but currently training away from the first team, and it appears that the Frenchman is attracting interest from his homeland.
According to France Football, Nantes are ready to give Kaboul the opportunity to play in Ligue 1 for the first time since 2007.
Nantes have just allowed Koffi Djidji to move to Torino, and it leaves the club needing to find a replacement before the end of the month.
Kaboul has less than 12 months remaining on his contract, putting Watford in a position where they could look to cash in on the player.
