Watford head coach Quique Flores has suggested that his side performed well in their 1-1 draw with Bournemouth this afternoon.
The Cherries took the lead in the first half thanks to a Glenn Murray header, before Flores' side were gifted an equaliser when Artur Boruc gave the ball to Odion Ighalo, but the Spaniard believes his team controlled the game for large periods.
"I am really pleased with the performance, in the first 20 minutes I think we played with a high personality, taking the ball," Flores told Sky Sports News.
"After that we lost a bit of control, maybe we had problems with their central defenders, they tried to play long ball when we were playing with the ball on the ground.
"The second half the same, we start really well and dominate the first 25 minutes or so. If in 90 minutes we are able to play the way we dominate in one hour of the match I think we are in a good way."
Watford will take on Arsenal in their next Premier League fixture on October 17.
