Swansea City have agreed a £5m fee for Braga striker Eder, according to reports.

The 27-year-old has reportedly agreed a three-year deal, and will become Swansea's fourth signing of the summer.

Sky Sports News claims that a fee has now been agreed between the two clubs for the Portugal international.

Eder was linked with a move to Bournemouth last month.
