Report: Swansea City keen on Jefferson Montero

Swansea City are interested in signing Ecuadorian winger Jefferson Montero from Morelia in the summer, according to a report.

The Mirror claims that the Welsh outfit want to complete the deal before the World Cup finals in Brazil.

It has also been reported that the Swans are ready to make the £4m offer needed to recruit the 24-year-old from his Mexican club.

Morelia himself is said to be keen on moving to the Premier League, and talks between the two clubs will start soon.
