Napoli have reportedly agreed terms with Swansea City over a loan deal for Michu.
The 27-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Italian club this summer following an injury-hit campaign with the Swans.
Swansea's recent capture of Bafetimbi Gomis has led to increased speculation over the Spaniard's future.
According to Sport Mediaset, Napoli have reached a deal to take Michu on loan for the next season, with an option to buy him for €15m (£11.9m).
Michu found the back of the net twice in the Premier League last season.
