Preview: Aston Villa vs. Swansea City

Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Premier League meeting between Aston Villa and Swansea City at Villa Park.

Two teams struggling for form will go head to head in the Premier League this weekend.

Aston Villa, who have lost their last three top-flight outings heading into today's game against Crystal Palace, could still be without striker Christian Benteke, who is struggling with a knee injury.

However, Ron Vlaar should be ready to play a role as he is nearing a return from a calf strain.

The visitors will also be without their top goal threat, as Michu remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

Michel Vorm, Nathan Dyer and Garry Monk will also be out with long-term injuries, leaving Michael Laudrup with a squad of just 19 healthy players.

Last season's League Cup winners are without a victory in their last three outings heading into today's contest against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

In the four Premier League meetings between these two sides, each has claimed one victory, while two games have been drawn.
