Preview: Swansea City vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole looks ahead to this weekend's Premier League clash between Swansea City and West Ham United.

Swansea City could move into the top 10 if they snatch all three points from West Ham United at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.

The Swans have had an inconsistent run under manager Michael Laudrup this season, but bounced back after two straight defeats to secure a convincing 4-0 win over struggling Sunderland.

The Hammers, who have the chance to leapfrog their opponents on Sunday, have a slight advantage due to Swansea competing in the Europa League on Thursday, but Sam Allardyce's men have been struggling to find the back of the net having clinched just one win in their last six.

The Swans are unbeaten in three games in all competitions on home turf, but West Ham, who lost 3-1 to Manchester City last weekend, were successful in their last fixture on the road when they defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 at White Hart Lane.

Swansea skipper Ashley Williams has returned to training following almost five weeks out with an ankle injury, but Laudrup may opt against starting the defender.

For West Ham, Ravel Morrison could be picked in attack alongside Ricardo Vaz Te.
