Swansea City keeper Lukasz Fabianski disappointed with Crystal Palace draw

Swansea keeper Lukasz Fabianski admits that he is frustrated that his side could only draw their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea City keeper Lukasz Fabianski has conceded that he was disappointed to take only a point from his side's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.

The Swans took the lead through Wilfried Bony, but the Eagles battled back and equalised from the penalty spot as Mile Jedinak fired past the Pole from 12 yards.

Garry Monk's men tried to push for a winner in the second half and threatened through Jonjo Shelvey and Gylfi Sigurdsson, but failed to hit the target again as they settled for a point at the Liberty Stadium.

Fabianski told the club's official website: "We were on top of them for most of the 90 minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up with a draw and we're disappointed with the final result.

"In some of the games this season we seem to play well up until the first goal and then we seem to lose our focus a little. But once you score you need to push even harder. Today we gave a sloppy goal away and it's always difficult when you concede because you have to focus and re-organise.

"We wanted to get the three points but there were no real clear-cut chances for either team in the second half. It was a difficult game and their approach in the second half was to defend the result. But we'll draw some conclusions from this game and look ahead to Tuesday now."

Swansea are seventh in the Premier League table following their draw with Neil Warnock's men.
