Sunderland winger Ahmed Elmohamady has revealed that he is in discussions with West Ham United over a potential switch to Upton Park.
The 25-year-old has failed to make a single Premier League appearance for the Black Cats since Martin O'Neill took charge of the club last December.
As a result, the Egypt international has confirmed that a move to the Hammers could be in the offing.
"West Ham are in talks with me. There could be something next week," he said.
It has been reported the 25-year-old will join West Ham on a season-long loan deal.
