Maurice Edu finalises loan switch from Stoke City to Bursaspor

Stoke City announce that midfielder Maurice Edu has moved to Bursaspor on a loan agreement until the end of the season.

Stoke City have announced that midfielder Maurice Edu has made the switch from the Britannia Stadium to Bursaspor on a temporary deal.

The 26-year-old, who signed for the Potters from Rangers last summer, has completed a loan move to the club and will remain in Turkey until the end of the season.

The Premier League outfit claimed on their official website that the United States international has been signed by the Turkish club in order to provide cover following the departure of Alfred N'Diaye to Sunderland earlier this month.

Edu has made just one appearance from the substitutes' bench for Stoke this season.
