Kenwyne Jones is given the chance to lead Stoke City's forward line against Aston Villa.

Kenwyne Jones has been called into the Stoke City starting lineup in place of Peter Crouch for the visit of Aston Villa this afternoon.

The Trinidad and Tobago international will be partnered by Jonathan Walters up front, while Matthew Etherington has also been recalled on the right wing.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old striker Jordan Bowery has been named in the Villa team, but is likely to be given a wide role today.

Stoke: Begovic; Cameron, Shawcross, Huth, Wilson; Shotton, Whitehead, Nzonzi, Etherington; Walters, Jones
