Jonathan Walters has confessed that he did not know the extent of Stoke City's negative run of results away from home.
Ahead of Saturday's trip to Fulham, the Potters have won just once from their last 22 trips away from the Britannia Stadium.
"There's no barrier. We don't go into any game thinking anything except trying to get a result," Irish striker Walters told The Sentinel.
"I didn't realise our record was so bad, so it would be something nice to improve on. Well, we can only improve on it really."
Stoke's last victory on the road came at West Bromwich Albion in December last year.
