Half-Time Report: Stevenage leading against Swindon Town

Stevenage are leading 1-0 in this evening's League One game against Swindon Town at the Lamex Stadium, courtesy of a goal by Lucas Akins.

Stevenage are currently leading Swindon Town 1-0 in this evening's League One game at the Lamex Stadium.

There were chances early on, as Simon Heslop won a corner in the first minute after some good work from Francois Zoko and Felipe Morais.

In the 15th minute, Swindon striker Nile Ranger was denied by Boro keeper Chris Day.

Just before the half-hour mark, a Stevenage goal was ruled out for offside. A short corner fell to Zoko, who headed it in at the near post, but the referee disallowed the strike.

The deadlock was broken in the 38th minute. Lucas Akins was able to collect a loose ball, before turning and hitting it into the bottom corner past the Robins keeper.
