St Mirren boss Danny Lennon has admitted that a share of the spoils was a fair outcome following his side's 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premier League.
The Buddies boss declared that his team were superior in the first half, but praised their opponents over their response to falling behind.
"Overall in terms of the balance of two halves, we're happy with the point," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
"It was an excellent first half for us. We certainly could've had it well and truly out of sight.
"We knew that Kilmarnock would come out with a reaction and they certainly did that."
The visitors took the lead through Esmael Goncalves, but Killie's Kris Boyd snatched an equaliser in the second period to ensure that the match ended in a stalemate.
