Tottenham Hotspur 'eyeing summer move for Demarai Gray'

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Leicester City attacker Demarai Gray during this summer's transfer window.

The 24-year-old has scored three times and provided five assists in 27 appearances for the Foxes in all competitions this season.

Gray's contract at the King Power Stadium is due to expire next June, though, and it has been suggested that the former England Under-21 international could seek pastures new this summer.

According to The Times, Tottenham view the versatile attacker as an attractive proposition in the current market.

Spurs are expected to only have limited funds to spend in this summer's window due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak, while the club are also facing the possibility of missing out on European football next season.

Jose Mourinho's side, who are currently seventh in the Premier League table, will play the penultimate match of their 2019-20 campaign at home to Leicester on Sunday afternoon.
