Tottenham Hotspur turn to Manchester City's Edin Dzeko?

A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur are considering a bid for Manchester City's Edin Dzeko should they fail in their pursuit of Roberto Soldado.

Tottenham Hotspur could turn to Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko should they miss out on their main targets this summer, according to The Mirror.

Spurs' top target this summer is reported to be Valencia forward Roberto Soldado, but the report said that attention could move to Dzeko if talks break down.

Dzeko has never fully established himself as a regular at the Etihad Stadium and would likely to start far more games should he move to London.

The Bosnian international recently said that he is looking forward to beginning the new season.
