Sheffield United defender Jack O'Connell has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.
Since moving to Bramall Lane in 2016, O'Connell has played a key part in helping the Blades from midtable in the Championship to an established Premier League club.
However, as a result of his performances, the 25-year-old is attracting interest from other clubs in England's top flight.
According to the Sunday People, Spurs are considering an offer for O'Connell at some point in 2020, most likely in the summer.
Jose Mourinho has witnessed his backline keep just two clean sheets in 18 matches since his arrival back in October.
Long-serving centre-backs Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen are also on the wrong side of 30, leading to interest in younger players for the position.
