West Bromwich Albion have reportedly agreed in principle to let Saido Berahino complete his drawn-out move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 22-year-old made no secret of his desire to switch to White Hart Lane last summer, but despite Spurs lodging four separate bids, no deal could be struck.
It sparked a period of animosity between Berahino and West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace, while the relationship between the two clubs was said to have soured.
However, the tension has since eased and that has allowed for some common ground to be found, according to The Guardian.
The report adds that Peace and his Tottenham counterpart Daniel Levy will sit down at the end of the season to conclude the transfer.
Berahino, who has been capped by England at Under-21 level, has scored seven goals for the Baggies this season.
