Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made a second bid for Shakhtar Donetsk attacking midfielder Willian.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas, who tried to sign Willian during his time in charge of Chelsea, has described the 24-year-old as an "extremely talented player".
The North London club are understood to have had an £11.8m bid for the player rejected.
However, according to ESPN, chairman Daniel Levy has travelled to the Ukraine in an attempt to resurrect a deal for the Brazilian international.
Willian joined Shakhtar from Corinthians in 2007 and he has made 202 Ukrainian league appearances, scoring 31 goals.
