Aston Villa's new executive chairman Nassef Sawiris has reportedly told Tottenham Hotspur and any other clubs interested in Jack Grealish that the midfielder is not for sale.
Grealish's future has been in doubt after Villa failed to clinch promotion to the Premier League last season, with Spurs, Leicester City and West Ham United all linked with the 22-year-old.
Sky Sports News claims that Sawiris has warned off any further bids for the player by telling clubs that the player will not be sold at any price.
Sawiris recently announced that Spurs have had a £25m bid rejected for the Villa academy graduate.
Grealish has made 93 appearances for the Championship club, scoring nine goals.
