Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte will not be on the touchline for Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United in North London.

The Italian has been back in the dugout for defeats to Leicester City and AC Milan since undergoing gallbladder surgery, but he has now admitted to rushing his recovery and is completing his rehabilitation in his homeland.

Assistant coach Cristian Stellini will once again take charge of the Lilywhites as a result, but Conte's compatriot must work around the absences of Rodrigo Bentancur, Yves Bissouma, Hugo Lloris and Ryan Sessegnon once more.

Having apparently seen a move for Ben Foster blocked by the Premier League, Tottenham will continue with Fraser Forster in goal, while Cristian Romero has now served a one-game domestic ban.

The Argentine is therefore poised to join ever-present Eric Dier in the backline, while Ben Davies is in line for a recall over Clement Lenglet after starting on the bench at San Siro on Tuesday.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg missed the defeat to Milan through suspension and is ready to provide fresh legs in the engine room, but neither Oliver Skipp nor Pape Sarr deserve to be dropped after holding their own against the Italian champions.

Skipp will likely be the one sacrificed, though, as Emerson Royal and Ivan Perisic continue in the wing-back roles following Pedro Porro's horror debut against Leicester last weekend.

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min's places in attack should not be in jeopardy, but Dejan Kulusevski did not cut the mustard in midweek and could lose his place to Richarlison.

Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Forster; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Sarr, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son
