Dele Alli: 'Tottenham Hotspur must keep going'

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli urges his teammates to continue in the same vein over the last four games of the season following their 4-0 win over Stoke.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has urged his side to approach their final games of the campaign with the same mentality that they have had all season.

Spurs were given a glimmer of hope in the Premier League title race when leaders Leicester City dropped points against West Ham United on Sunday, and they took full advantage with an impressive 4-0 drubbing of Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium this evening.

Alli scored twice alongside a Harry Kane brace, but it could have been even better for the youngster, who somehow hit the post with an open goal in front of him having rounded Stoke keeper Shay Given.

"We have had the same mentality all season, it is important to keep going all season," Alli told Sky Sports News.

"I don't know how I missed that chance! Finishing training for me I think. I am just enjoying playing, there is nothing to be scared of. Leicester know we are going to keep fighting."

Spurs take on West Bromwich Albion (H), Chelsea (A), Southampton (H) and Newcastle United (A) in their final four games of the season.
