Antonio Conte could reportedly leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer as concerns over the club's form hinder his chance of a contract renewal.

Antonio Conte could reportedly leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer if the club's worrying form continues.

The Italian is out of contract at the end of the season, however the club have the option to extend the deal by 12 months.

According to the Daily Mail, that extension will not be activated if both parties feel like their visions do not align.

The former Chelsea and Inter Milan manager is known to want to see evidence of the club's ambition, however recent performances have left the club five points adrift of the top four places.

The report claims that Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino could be on chairman Daniel Levy's shortlist if the club decide to part ways with Conte.

The latter previously guided the club to a Champions League final, where they lost 2-0 to Liverpool, and could return as the club seek to get back to that level.
