Christian Eriksen: 'We've found our rhythm under Mauricio Pochettino'

Tottenham Hotspur winger Christian Eriksen believes that his side have found a solid system under Mauricio Pochettino in the Argentine's second season at the club.

Christian Eriksen has said that Tottenham Hotspur have found a rhythm in their play under Mauricio Pochettino in his second season at the club.

Spurs finished fifth in the Premier League in the Argentine's first year at White Hart Lane, but have shown improvement this term despite their slow start to the campaign.

Tottenham lost on the opening day of the season to Manchester United, but have been unbeaten in the top slight since, recording five victories to lift the club just outside the top four.

Eriksen told Sky Sports News: "In the beginning [of Pochettino's tenure] there were a lot of things we needed to recognise, needed to remember, but now the players around us know where to go. Normally we have an idea.

"It's the best connection with the squad. Everyone is down to earth, easy to speak with and easy to play with.

"[Pochettino] found a solution for what we needed, because we were a young team. We hopefully will play as quick as we can, we want to go forward, we want to attack, we want to score goals. It's nice to play in, especially when you are an attacking player."

Tottenham face Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday.
