Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has made six changes to his team from Saturday's 4-1 defeat to Manchester City ahead of their Europa League Group C clash against Asteras Tripolis this evening.

Jan Vertonghen and Ben Davies line up at the back in lieu of Younes Kaboul and Danny Rose, while Moussa Dembele, Harry Kane and Andros Townsend are in the starting XI in midfield.

Up front, Emmanuel Adebayor is to lead the attack in place of Roberto Soldado.

Nabil Bentaleb is out of the game after the Algeria midfielder picked up an ankle injury while on international duty.

Right-back Kyle Walker remains absent after surgery, while fellow defender Kyle Naughton misses the game with an ankle injury.

Spurs are looking for a first win in Group C against the table toppers, having drawn their previous two games.
