Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas insists that he will recover from a hamstring injury in time for Euro 2012.

Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas has insisted that he will be fit for Euro 2012.

The 24-year-old, who was named in Vicente De Bosque's 23-man squad on Sunday, has been ruled out for 10 days with a hamstring injury that he picked up in Barcelona's Copa del Rey win over Athletic Bilbao on Friday.

"Thank u all for caring abt my injury," he tweeted. "Im fine and with no pain. Soon will be 100% ready to start preparing the euros with the national team."

Holders Spain will begin the defence of their title against Italy on Sunday, June 10.
