Southampton could reportedly lose Gaston Ramirez this summer due to interest from Serie A champions Juventus.
The Italian outfit are thought to have been tracking the Uruguayan, who moved to the Premier League club from Bologna last summer.
According to Tuttosport, Juve have been monitoring Ramirez for the last two years, but will lodge a bid for the forward when the transfer window opens.
Ramirez was bought by former Southampton boss Nigel Adkins, but finished the season under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino.
