Siena hand Portuguese midfielder Jorge Teixeira a start in midfield against Parma in a must-win Serie A home match.

Siena coach Giuseppe Iachini has decided to start with Portuguese midfielder Jorge Teixeira for this afternoon's crucial Serie A clash with Parma.

Teixeira comes in to play alongside veteran Alessandro Rosina in midfield, with in-form striker Innocent Emeghara leading the line.

Parma are without Djamel Mesbah and Emilio MacEachen, who have both picked up knocks to join a growing injury list.

Nicola Sansone keeps his place in attack for the visitors, with Jonathan Biabiany and Sotiris Ninis also back in the starting XI.

Siena: Pegolo, Calello, Angelo, Vergassola, Terzi, Agra, Paci, Rosina, Rubin, Teixeira, Emeghara

Parma: Mirante, Benalouane, Paletta, Lucarelli, Ninis, Marchionni, Parolo, Gobbi, Biabiany, Amauri, Sansone
