Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones is handed an improper conduct charge by the Football Association for his actions against Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Football Association have charged Sheffield Wednesday manager Dave Jones with improper conduct.

The charge relates to Jones's behaviour during his side's 3-1 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon.

He was sent to stands after his involvement in an altercation with several members of the Brighton bench following Danny Pugh's late challenge Inigo Calderon.

Brighton's assistant manager Charlie Oatway has also been informed that he is facing a punishment from the governing body. Both have until 4pm on Friday to respond.
