Scotland assistant manager Mark McGhee has declared that his side will head into Thursday evening's crunch Euro 2016 qualifier against Poland with no fear.
An in-form Robert Lewandowski is expected to lead the line for Group B's second-placed team, looking to build on a run of 12 goals in his last four club games.
Despite the threat posed by the Bayern Munich ace, McGhee is more concerned by the form of his own forward players - Steven Fletcher, Jordan Rhodes, Chris Martin and Leigh Griffiths - heading into the Hampden Park showdown.
"Obviously he's their guy they hope will get goals for them so we have to pay him attention," he is quoted as saying by The Guardian. "I have total respect for him, he's a fantastic player, but we have players in form as well.
"Lewandowski's in form and scoring goals and has proven to be a fantastic acquisition for Bayern Munich, but in general I don't think they're that different from a year ago than we are. I don't think they have left us behind in any way."
Defeat for Scotland will see them miss out on the chance of qualifying for next summer's Euro finals in France.
