MK Dons have named a familiar starting XI for their opening-day game away at Rotherham United.

The Dons have been busy in the transfer window, recruiting the likes of Simon Church, Dale Jennings and Matthew Upson.

However, none of them is involved from the start today as the Dons make their first appearance in the second tier.

Dean Lewington keeps his place at left-back, while Ben Reeves will be charged with supporting on-loan striker Sam Gallagher in attack.

Rotherham have handed a host of players their debuts as they look forward to a second campaign in the division.

Greg Halford starts at right-back, while Danny Collins and Tom Thorpe form an all-new centre-back pairing.

New midfielder Aiden White will offer support to Matt Derbyshire in attack.
