Roma confirm Gervinho move to Hebei China Fortune

Former Arsenal winger Gervinho leaves Roma to join Chinese Super League side Hebei China Fortune in an €18m (£13.7m) deal.

Ivorian winger Gervinho has left Roma to join Chinese Super League side Hebei China Fortune.

The 28-year-old departs the Italian capital in a deal worth an initial €18m (£13.7m).

Gervinho makes his Giallorossi exit two-and-a-half years after joining the Serie A side from Arsenal, where he spent two seasons in the Premier League.

In total, the wideman scored 26 goals in 88 appearances for Roma.

He joins Chelsea midfielder Ramires in moving to China today.
