Roma head coach Rudi Garcia has claimed that Alessandro Florenzi is the "soul of the team" following the 3-0 victory over Sassuolo.
Florenzi scored his side's second goal and played a key role in a crucial victory for Roma's bid for Champions League qualification, and Garcia was full of praise for the 24-year-old.
"We won and put in a very good performance," he told Sky Sport Italia. "Our team is alive and has character. Today we had the right attitude and gave a good response.
"Florenzi is becoming a symbol of this Roma, the soul of the team, but I've been saying that since I arrived. He can do anything down the right flank and scored a wonderful goal.
"We are all proud of him, but he can't afford to relax for a second before the end of the season."
Roma are currently five points clear of fourth-placed Napoli, who have a game in hand on Garcia's side.
