Cristiano Ronaldo calm over new contract

Cristiano Ronaldo admits that he is not yet concerned about renewing his Real Madrid contract.

Real Madrid winger Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he is in no rush to extend his deal with the La Liga side.

Ronaldo's current contract has another two years to run and while the player said that he is "happy" at the club he is not yet thinking about a renewal.

"I've more years to come," AS quotes Ronaldo as saying. "The contract renewal isn't something that I'm worried about now.

"These things happen naturally and sooner or later they will become clear. This situation doesn't worry me. Things are going well. I'm happy and it's not the end of the world."

Ronaldo, 28, has been at Real Madrid since the summer of 2009.
