Report: Mateo Kovacic signs new Inter Milan deal

A report claims that Mateo Kovacic has signed a new long-term deal with Inter Milan.

Highly-rated attacker Mateo Kovacic has reportedly signed a new long-term deal with Inter Milan.

The 20-year-old, who has scored five times for Inter this season, is widely regarded as one of the best young talents in European football.

The Croatian's form since arriving from Dinamo Zagreb in 2013 is believed to have attracted interest from both Barcelona and Real Madrid.

However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Kovacic has agreed a new long-term deal with Inter, which will run until 2019.

Three of Kovacic's five goals this season have come in the Europa League.
