Jese Rodriguez: "We didn't play well"

Jese Rodriguez has admitted that Real Madrid "didn't play well" in Tuesday's mid-season friendly against AC Milan.

The Spanish outfit lost 4-2 to Milan in Dubai and now Jese has called on his side to refocus for this weekend's league trip to Valencia.

"I'm feeling better, but the important thing is the team, and we leave Dubai with a bad feeling because Madrid didn't win," he told reporters.

"We didn't play well, but it's only a friendly, and it's important that we returned healthily. Now, we must proceed and revert to the league."

Real Madrid have won their last 22 competitive games.
