Real Madrid will face Villarreal in the last-16 stage of the Copa del Rey on Thursday night without the services of David Alaba, Dani Carvajal, Lucas Vazquez, Aurelien Tchouameni and Luka Modric.
Alaba and Tchouameni remain on the sidelines with the calf problems that also ruled them out of the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.
Vazquez, meanwhile, is facing an extended period on the treatment table due to the ankle problem that he suffered in the semi-final of the Spanish Super against Valencia.
Carvajal is also out of Thursday's contest due to injury, while Modric has been rested.
The team's issues at right-back have led to a call-up for Vinicius Tobias, with the 18-year-old, who is on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk, bidding to make his first-team debut for Los Blancos.

As well as Tobias, there is also a spot in the selection for midfielder Martin, but it is otherwise a squad of first-team players, as Real Madrid look to bounce back from Sunday's 3-1 loss to Barcelona in the final of the Spanish Super Cup.
Eduardo Camavinga is also in the squad, and Ancelotti has said that he has "a lot of confidence" in the Frenchman despite often substituting him when he starts.
"His change against Valencia was a change for physical reasons because he did well. With Barcelona, he was good defensively. I have a lot of confidence in him. It is true that I have taken away many times and I have not always been fair but trust is total," said the Italian during his pre-match press conference.

Nacho is also expected to be involved on Thursday due to the team's defence issues.
"Nacho is a very reliable defender. He is certainly a player who can contribute very well," said Real Madrid's head coach when asked about the Spaniard.
"What was not foreseeable were the injuries that have affected us such as Tchouameni or Alaba. This has affected because it was not foreseeable. The fact that January was complicated was foreseeable.
"Everybody thinks Real Madrid is dead but we have to be calm and confident because the season is very long. We're never going to give up. We're going to get out of this. When? I don't know."
Real Madrid suffered a 2-1 loss to Villarreal when they visited the Yellow Submarine in the league on January 7.
