Juventus manager Antonio Conte has insisted that his players were the victims of some "dubious" refereeing decisions during their 2-1 defeat to Real Madrid.
The Italians went down to a first-half penalty from Cristiano Ronaldo, and finished the match with 10 men after Giorgio Chiellini was given his marching orders.
"This game was certainly affected by some very, very dubious decisions, such as the Chiellini red card and a penalty on Arturo Vidal," Conte told Sky Sports News.
"There was absolutely not an elbow, but I still have to laugh, because if that can be considered a 'clear scoring opportunity' then so is everything.
"I think we'd prefer a decision against us and a good performance rather than a decision in our favour and a bad performance, as it shows signs of the team's improvement."
The result leaves Juventus in third place in Group B with two points from their three games, while Real are top with a 100% record.
