A deal to complete the full takeover of Reading Football Club has reportedly been delayed due to a missed deadline.
Russian businessman Anton Zingarevich is expected to buy previous owner Sir John Madejski's 49% share in the Championship outfit following his acquisition of 51% of the club 16 months ago.
An end-of-September deadline could not be reached, but the club are "comfortable" in giving more time for the deal to be done, according to BBC Sport.
The club have not specified when they expect the full takeover to be completed.
